Refund policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send items outside of this time frame or they will be refused.
Your delivery costs cannot be refunded. The refund is the same as the order paid.
FAULTY GOODS
All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged. If for any reason your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us at yahala.bou@gmail.com with photos as soon as possible. For EU customers, your statutory rights under EU law provide a 2-year guarantee on defective goods. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale for Canadian and US customers. EU customers retain their statutory 14-day cooling-off right regardless of sale status, unless the hygiene exemption applies.
UNDELIVERED PARCELS
*If the courier could not find a safe place to leave the parcel
*When the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items.
*Delivery charges are not refundable.
*If you still want the items, you need to create a new order.
